AI Adventures

Welcome to AI Adventures camp where campers are invited to explore Artificial Intelligence as a tool for creativity, problem-solving, and self-expression. Campers will discover how AI works behind the scenes while using it in playful, hands-on ways by designing projects, experimenting with ideas, and bringing their imaginations to life. Through engaging activities and age-appropriate AI lessons, students will see that AI isn’t just something we use, but it’s something we can thoughtfully create with. Creativity leads the way at this camp! Campers will design projects, train simple AI models, explore patterns, and create interactive activities that reflect their own ideas and interests. Through games, discussions, challenges, and creative building time, students will see how AI can support storytelling, art, problem-solving, and innovation. No prior coding or tech experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to try new things! We also help campers become thoughtful and responsible AI users. Along the way, students will learn that AI is a powerful tool that should be used responsibly. Through age-appropriate conversations and real-world examples, campers will explore topics like fairness, bias, privacy, and making good digital choices. By the end of the week, your child will leave with the mindset to use AI thoughtfully, creatively, and responsibly as future innovators and digital citizens.

Camp Half Blood

Camp Half-Blood is a five-day summer camp inspired by Greek mythology and the world of Percy Jackson. Designed for upper-elementary and middle school students, the camp blends crafting, storytelling, myths, and of course demigod training activities (and maybe even a quest). Campers will learn beginner “training” skills and have fun doing activities from the books/TV show while creating mythical handmade projects. Movement paired with creative activities encourage confidence and collaboration in a low-pressure environment. The camp emphasizes creativity, kindness, and teamwork over competition. No prior crafting or demigod experience is required (even if they haven't read Percy Jackson, it'll be a fabulous adventure)! Hammers and Screws - Learn to Build!

Have you ever wondered what goes into building something? From birdhouses to baseball bats, carpentry is a skill as old as time. Come join us as we learn by getting our hands dirty (while keeping all of our fingers!). Learn about how wood 'works', from grain to ply and back again as we build our own birdhouse and professional-quality Cajon (sitting drum) using a mix of doweled and screwed construction techniques. The fun will be unlimited, but tools will be restricted to hammers, sandpaper, and screwdrivers for safety and supervision purposes. Students will leave with an understanding of wood construction, finishing techniques, shop safety, tool use and purpose, and how to make small wood repairs.
